May

The kids love to play at my parents house.  Here is a video of them using my parents' scooters.

May 6th was my brother Klint's birthday.  We had a party for him.  The kids love birthdays.
Truman has started pretending to be a dog a lot.  He fetches, pants and everything.

May was unseasonably warm for Idaho and so we got the kids a pool. The pool later blew away in a windstorm, but it was fun while it lasted.

Memorial Day was a new experience for my kids.  In Arizona, we didn't have any relatives and so there weren't any cemetaries to visit.  Sterling had been waiting for a long time to take flowers to the cemetaries.  So, the Sunday before Memorial Day, we went to three cemetaries with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson and Klint and Talia.

On Memorial Day itself, Aaron's Aunt Carol stopped by to say "Hi".  They had been camping in Island Park.  Then we planted our garden.  In the evening we went to Grandma and Grandpa Anderson's for a barbecue.

Towards the end of May, we bought the kids a playhouse with money that Aaron's parents sent for Christmas.  It was a circus.  I went to Sams Club to buy it and they loaded my car with a $1300 swingset.  I didn't realize it until we got home and I had to drive all of the way back into Idaho Falls to get the playhouse.  So, the playhouse box said that it would take an hour to put together.  When we opened the box we realized that there were around a hundred pieces and hundreds of screws.  It took us six hours to assemble it.

The kids got really dirty while putting the playhouse together.

Looks like fun. Loved the Truman show. I hope your trampoline doesn't blow away like the wading pool did. We found ours 1/4 a mile away once. Welcome back to Idaho.
